You are welcome exactly as you are. Our training sessions are private one-on-one or pair. We have a fully-equipped training studio. Sessions include an initial Functional Movement Screen and the following:

power & Strength

Power is important at every age. We train quick movements to each client’s ability such as skipping, throwing, jumping.

Strength training to increase your metabolism, muscle, bone density and improve performance.

Balance

Single leg strength exercises, moving on a beam, holding a weigh in one hand all improve core strength and ability to react quickly when thrown off balance.

mobility

Your mobility and movement is key to determining your strength training plan. You learn breathing technique, foam rolling and stretches to improve your range of motion.

CARDIO

We will create your cardio program and help you stack more movement into your days.


Pricing

One-person training

$95 per session 1 x per week, 60-minutes ($90 cash/check payment/bank transfer)

$79 per session 2x per week or more, 50-minutes  ($75 cash/check payment/bank transfer)

Two-person training

$126 per 60-minute session ($120 cash/check payment/bank transfer)
