You are welcome exactly as you are. Our training sessions are private one-on-one or pair/small group. We have a fully-equipped training studio or meet at a local park or your home. Sessions include an initial Functional Movement Screen and the following:

power & Strength

Power is important at every age. We train quick movements to each client’s ability such as skipping, throwing, jumping.

Strength training to increase your metabolism, prevent injury and improve performance.

Balance

Single leg strength exercises, moving on a beam, holding a weigh in one hand all improve core strength and ability to react quickly when thrown off balance.

mobility

We assess your mobility and movement with a functional movement screen. You learn breathing technique, foam rolling and stretches to improve your range of motion.

Nutrition guidance will further enhance your program. We help you make food choices for long-term health. Our certified health coach can design the right plan for you.

Food for life

We don’t focus so much on taking things away. We’re about adding high-quality, nutrient-dense foods.
