Absolutely recommend! Kris takes a very customized approach to each person’s needs. She’s worked with me through a herniated disc, a pregnancy, and goals ranging from strength building to posture correcting. Kris is extremely knowledgable about mobility and addressing different areas of the body. I always look forward to my sessions and feel amazing afterwards. Finished 1st Triathlon

She has guided me methodically through the process of diagnosing my running form and FMS score, designing an individual movement re-patterning plan, and reassessing after 6 or 8 weeks. Her use of Coach's Eye app to assess running form is super instructive.
