Be a part of a group that helps you get stronger no matter what your experience. Come to beautiful Califon Island Park for a fun, different, small-group class with natural movement, power, balance, and strength training lifting weights.

All levels are welcome as we demonstrate different modifications and progressions. Led by master’s degreed exercise physiologist, Kristina Cagno.

Up to 8 people in the class to allow for more specialized coaching.

FAQs

  1. What is natural movement?

    You will be guided through joint mobility, important movement patterns, power/reaction time, strength, balance and natural movement like throwing, jumping, getting up, hanging, squatting, lifting weights, with different levels demonstrated so all can participate. :-)

  2. Do I need to sign up for the whole session?

    No. You can register for the classes that fit your schedule. Or you can purchase a package.

  3. What happens with outdoor classes and weather?

    Outdoor classes may be cancelled due to weather and payment will be credited to another class. Be prepared that we WILL have class if there is rain as it will take place under the pavilion. We will NOT have class in heavy rain with wind, snow/sleet, thunderstorms, or during high heat index warnings.

  4. Do I need any equipment?

    Bring a beach blanket, large old towel or yoga mat and water bottle. Your instructor will provide all the strength training equipment needed.

  5. If I can’t make a class I registered for, what do I do?

    All classes are set with a max attendance because quality coaching is important to us. Please cancel your attendance so there is an opening for someone else to attend. Go back to your confirmation email and select the Change/Cancel Appointment button. Keep in mind we have a 24 hour cancellation policy.
